Let’s do a Quick Insight & Clarity Sprint to get you headed in the right direction.

We’ll be a passionate, committed brand and marketing thought partner, diagnosing brand and marketing challenges and opportunities to help you move forward.

We offer Quick Insight & Clarity Sprints for leaders who would appreciate an outside perspective or who would like to have a facilitator help their team unlock insights. We are a good fit for leaders who seek to be consumer-led, value brand, and are looking to move their business and brand forward to make a positive impact.

  • Consumer opportunities

  • Brand opportunities

  • Adapting marketing plans and messaging

  • Better understanding a marketplace and changing consumer needs

  • Market and product opportunities

  • Trend exploration and application to your business

  • Process development

We offer two formats for our Quick Insight & Clarity Sprints, attuned to your needs:

  • Outside Perspective – Provides an outside perspective on a current challenge you are facing or an opportunity you want to explore. Using your own data and complemented with secondary research, we provide a new perspective to help you move forward and make progress.

    • 45-minute in-take call to discuss your business, brand, or marketing challenge or opportunity and what you are seeking to get out of the sprint

    • Sharing of client information and data

    • Up to a 10-page report of findings and recommendations

    • 45-minute presentation and Q&A discussion

    • 45-minute follow-up discussion after more detailed client review (if required)

  • Facilitated Perspective – A coordinated session with your internal team, so you get the benefit of coming up with your own aha’s that will move you forward and make progress.

    • 45-minute in-take call to discuss your business, brand, or marketing opportunity and what you are seeking to get out of the sprint

    • A plan for a 4-hour workshop

    • While each session is customized to your needs, a typical Quick Insight & Clarity Sprint is four (4) hours in length and takes this structure: 1) Situation & Driver Analysis, 2) Divergence Exercise, 3) Convergence Exercise, 4) Action Planning

    • Now conducted online via Zoom with the appropriate planning and client engagement
