This moment in time is testament to the need for models of great leadership. It puts a focus on the question, “Why aren’t there more great leaders in the world?”

Do you want to be one? It’s not easy. But, it’s possible. And, it offers great rewards. For you, your team, your brand, your business. This is a time that is calling for great leaders. For you to contribute and have a positive impact, you just need to set your intention, make a commitment, and get clear on the type of leader you want to be.

Now’s a perfect time to invest in getting that clarity on how you want to show up as a powerful leader. In doing so, you’ll have a clear roadmap on how you want to demonstrate your value and make an impact, elevating your leadership performance.

Read “How to Define Your Leadership Brand” to learn more about we think about creating a leadership guide that will inform your thinking, behaviors, and actions. If you’d like to craft Your Leadership Brand Model using our 4-week step-by-step guide and weekly assignments, you can get it here FREE.

If you’d like a thought partner in crafting your Leadership Brand, then these VIP Leadership Brand Sessions are for you. Kathy will lead 1:1 sessions to help you craft and document your Leadership Brand, complementing and building from the pre-work you’ll complete. She’ll start by getting to know you on a phone call, understanding your current leadership situation and where you’re trying to move From and To. After that onboarding, we’ll provide pre-work exercises for you to prepare for the 1:1 sessions. Please note: this pre-work (2-4 hours) is required prior to the live sessions, otherwise we won’t have the material to craft your Leadership Brand together.

You’ll leave the session with a powerful 1-2 page document to keep you focused on who you want to be as a leader and to help guide actions and behaviors to live your leadership brand everyday. You’ll also have an approach and tool you can revisit over time as you grow and evolve as a leader. Our hope would be that you leave with an approach and tool that has lasting value for you.

The VIP Leadership Brand sessions include:

  • 45 min prep call

  • Pre-work materials
